Essendahr is a Service Improvement consultancy, founded by Sue Owen, Msc Strategic Quality Management; DipMs. 
 
Sue has 20 years  experience in the NHS, working at both operational and senior manager level. 
 
She has worked across  South East England in Quality and Service Improvement management for the last 8 years, working with a wide variety of multi-disciplinary staff at all levels. 
 
This has enabled her to develop an understanding and wide experience of the current national requirements from Primary, PCT, Acute, and Health Authority perspectives.
